Assuming this was the first time anything was inserted into her vagina, it may hurt. The vagina is surrounded by muscles and muscles that are not used to being stretched, will have to get used to it a little bit. I'm sure it wasn't really hurting, but rather uncomfortable. She'll get used to it soon and you may have been a bit more aggressive the second time around. Good times, enjoy it.

Not normal. Unless you have your period. Just like some of the other girls said maybe you have long fingernails and you scratched yourself.

If you have long nails you may be scratching the lining of your vagina. As long as it's only spotting it's most likely not a problem.
