Does anyone know how many calories a mcdonalds yogurt parfait has in it?

160 calories with the granola and 130 without it. It's low in fat but high in carbs (sugar).

I work at mcdonalds and you can go to their website and it will tell you when you to go to the bag it section.... but i do know it is vanilla yogurt, frozen strawberrys and blueberries, and granola...(granola on the side)....One lady comes through the drive thru everyday and orders 5 parfaits and she has lost about 25 pounds in one month by changing from getting double cheese's everyday to parfaits every day...she says she gets her mcdonalds satisfaction for the day and it actually makes her not want to eat much when she eats something at home.

i think they have to give a list of ingredients and nutritional facts at their resturants if you ask them. i'm sure they must list nutritional facts of the foods on their web site. check out mcdonalds.com...
