Hi Shanny...consider Nature's Miracle "Just For Cats" found worldwide at most pet stores. It's an enzymatic neutralizer which works by breaking down urine proteins by thoroughly soaking the areas affected and allowing to air dry. Repeated applications are necessary for heavily soiled areas.

I would just get a new car seat. It could make your son sick if he around it or it has gotten on his toys. Just throw the old seat out, buy another. Then get your cat fixed to he isn't spraying and marking his territory.

Vinegar is a great odor nuetralizer. Also, to clear the smell from a room, cut an apple into four pieces and sit in the room. It will absorb the odor... I promise. I had a male cat spray my entire bathroom once... NASTY! The apple trick worked in about an hour. Good luck.

Dumb Cat is the only product that has the ingredients to remove cat urine from nearly everything. Forget about products like Nature's Miracle. It does not work. Spray Dumb Cat and leave it. It will get rid of the odors.
