Blame is sometimes set by INS adjustures. They are friendly and work togrther well. with out investagating. It is really a mess when both parties have same ins. Co. My point is that adjusting fault they can raise rates on both drivers. Is this a common practice or do the ins. Co own the MO legislature?

Sounds like you live in a comparative negligence state. Rules and practices of all insurance companies are strictly governed by the state insurance commission. This is common practice and no they don't 'own' the legislature. (if they did you can bet they would raise rates MUCH higher).

Some states have 'No-Fault'. Some damned illegal, without insurance, can run right over you and, TA-DA!!!!!! Nobody's fault. It's total B.S.
