You should be able to get your passport at your local post office or city hall. They can do your passport photos there as well, but you can also get your photo taken at Rite Aid, CVS, Walgreens, Walmart, etc.

If you have never had a passport, you can pick up an application at a number of US Post Offices, however if you want you can go online at the site I have included and fill in all the infromation for your application. Once you have filled out the application, you have to pay the fee, provide two passport photos, (I had mine taken at Costco for $5), and submit everything. If you are not in a rush I believe the fee is $67.00. I sent mine in last November, and it arrived on Friday last week. Good Luck.

You can apply at most post offices. Check http://www.usps.com/passport/ for the form and to find a location near you.

You can go to your local US Post Office. I would suggest that prior to going you go to the USPS website http://www.usps.com/ so you can print the needed forms, etc... prior to going to apply.
