Definitely boursin....(goats cheese with garlic and herb)nice and soft on the crunchy biscuits. Goes on like butter. Delicious with red wine.
While brie is my favorite cheese, because it is hard, the slice just sits on top of the water biscuit, so the cheese and the biscuit are separate.

Five Counties- Its made of 5 cheeses Cheddar,Red Leicester,Double Gloucester,Derby and Cheshire so you get the great taste of 5 cheeses in one.
There are a lot of cheeses to choose from I work at a factory that produces many different kinds.
There's Beer cheese,whisky cheese,Wensleydale and cranberry,white Stilton and apricot,double Gloucester with onions and chives just to name a few.

Try this, its gorgeous. Saint Ajur - French blue cheese. Top it with some fine slices of conference pear.. lovely!!
