Sure you can but only if it speaks French! LOL I'm from Quebec and I'd love to meet a dog that has our name.

You can name your dog whatever you want to name it, but if your loved ones have an opinion too, you should listen to them and see if they have a good idea. A family tradition of mine is to say different name to the dog and see what he responds to

Sure, the general rule is at most 2 syllables. If you want to sound stern sharply call him Queb. Depending on the breed, imagine how your dog will look when its an adult and if thats good enough go for it.
