There was a store (LONG SINCE CLOSED) called "THE CHOCOLATE SHOP". It was in my home town Kalamazoo Michagan. They had the best hot fudge sundays in the world. The hot fudge was sweet, slightly chewy and tasted of delicious chocolate. That is what I am looking for is a hot fudge that is sweet slightly chewy and loaded with chocolaty flavor.

Bring cream and corn syrup to simmer in heavy medium saucepan. Remove from heat. Add all chocolate and stir until melted and smooth. (Can be made 2 days ahead. Cover and refrigerate. Rewarm Hot Fudge Sauce over medium-low heat just until heated through before serving.)
