I would say sexual.

I veiw it as a "special case" of physical abuse.
Both crimes break the bridge of trust, but with sexual abuse (especially with children) destroys all of the "mystery", and takes away the "giving" element of sex.
The people that undergo physical abuse, shy away usually from those figures. (Girls abused by their mothers, are tense and avoid maternal like figures of that stereotype) While sexual abuse destroys half of the relationships in your life.

no abuse is good . all abuse it terrible . however i would think sexual abuse might be worse as it is more personal .
i also think that so much of this would depend on the victim and both are horrors i wish the world never imagined.

abuse should not be categorized by worse or best. abuse is abuse, no matter what form. if you are being abused in any manner or form, seek professional help, immediately. one experience living with abuse is one day too many. no one, not anyone, deserves to be abused for ANY reason.
