Ok, i used to be really good about it but now, well, not so much. i used to always eat like, 200-500 calories a day and ive stopped for like a week and gained 4 pounds and i want to get back into the routine really really badly but for some reason ive lost most of my motivation. any advice will help PLEASE. and if you are just going to criticize the way i do things to get points then i will report you and/or delete your answer or wutever possible. i need advice, not criticism. please and thank you.

calm down girl!!! well, I'm doing something similar and I've been doing it for a long time. The reason why I stay on the plan is that if I decide to eat more I have to burn those calories of by running on my pro-form. Sometimes I don't eat just because I don't feel like running so.... you can also do the 2,4,6,8 thing to boost your metabolism.

You won't live long on 200-500 calories. You need 1200 calories a day to maintain heart health.
