If it helps people live a better quality of life for a few weeks/months, who are the rest of us to condemn this action? when we are living healthy lives and don't need medications.

I agree that marijuana should be legal. We can legally grow tobacco and smoke it and we can't grow or even smoke weed. I heard on the History channel that the only reason why weed is illegal is so when people go to vote for elections they think clearer. What a joke. There is nothing wrong with smoking weed. I think that once they find away to test people to see if they are really high while they are driving then it will be legal. For all of us who wants it legal (don't forget its a great anti-depressant) then we need to speak up. People in Canada can smoke it and not go to jail (which is so stupid, lets send people to jail when weed is a plant not something we can make out of chemicals like METH). I am a recovering addict and I choose not to smoke weed because its a money maker for the State and I have already been busted for weed. Once it becomes legal I will smoke the biggest fattie around.

well I am for full legalization, so you'll see no opposition here. The problem is more that there has been a smear campaign going on against marijuana for a really long time... and the masses have been taught to irrationally oppose anything related to marijuana, which is a real shame for those who could be helped by it...

Marijuana IS legal for medical use. My friend recently did a report over it. If the circumstance absolutely requires you to have it, you can. I mean, it's not like over the counter accessible of course, but it's legal for medical use.

Its medical,herbal natural no where near as bad as fully legal medications ,alcohol,viagra which has killed people.Its time people stand together and legalize the herbal remedy.Besides anything to ease suffering,this is a plant God made.

man made drugs....God made marijuana....who do you trust? i have stage 4 breast cancer. it only helps me eat tho. but if it can give you any kind of realief go for it!
