Where can I find a W4 document in Word or Rich Text format?

The IRS only publishes the W4 as a PDF. My company is using software that will automatically fill this out, but it has to be in Rich Text Format. PDF conversion software screws the formatting up. Can anyone provide me with the W4 as a Word document or Rich Text Document?

I went to the web site below and clicked on the W4 form. It displayed as PDF. When I clicked on File, there was an option to edit in Word. It may or may not work on your PC.
