Long term, never stops?
With the very little info we have to work with here, I'd say maybe lack of circulation? nerve damage? hard to say, better see a Doc.

You could have a pinched nerve in your neck or elsewhere. Get it checked out.

it sounds like nerve damage or fatigue, ask your doc, you may want to get it scanned by a radiologist to be sure theres no serious problems that may arise.

many many possibilities,,possible diabetes carpal tunnel syndrome,exercise,diet,weather nuero blockers inflamation allergy mental illness etc....etc.....etc could also be karma
