Quickens your hear rate, causing over stimulation, leading to hypertension, headaches, high blood pressure... but these are all from very high or prolonged exposure to caffeine.

Also, too much caffeine can be deadly, epically when mixed with some drugs such as anti-histamines.

Caffeine is only bad in huge dosages, so don't have more than 4 Mountain Dew's or Venti reg. coffees from Starbucks a day.

Is Too Much Caffeine Bad for My Health?
For all the positive effects of caffeine in delaying fatigue and improving performance
you can have too much caffeine in your system. Excessive caffeine can give you the shakes, lead to anxiety, upset your tummy, and keep you from sleeping. Drinking caffeine in the form of coffee can become habitual. Regular consumers can get a pretty nasty headache if they miss out on their morning java. A recent study (Pediatrics, 2003) suggests that drinking too many caffeinated soft drinks might be preventing some adolescents from getting a good night's sleep. This is a good enough reason for some parents to insist that their children's schools should not have soft drink vending machines.

How Much Caffeine is Too Much?
A moderate amount of caffeine per day, approximately 300 milligrams, is relatively harmless for most people. Some individuals may be sensitive to the effects of caffeine at very small doses, and pregnancy and aging can affect this sensitivity. So these people should be careful with their intake.
