The only difference is that Muslims kill (jihad) to get into paradise & Hindus don't. They are very similar they both serve & worship idols (muslims have 360 & Hindus have thousand's), have false prophets which were never resurrected & have false teachings, have repetitive prayers & chants.

Well I am no expert but the facts are that. no1.Hindus eat pork and Muslims don't.no 2. Muslims eat beef and Hindus dont, or at least their religon dosen't allow it also no 3. A Muslim believes in only one god where as a Hindu believe in sevral god's one for practicaly everything, health,wealth,knowelege.........etc. you get the picture no 4. when a Musilm fast's they eat nothing at all from sunrise to sunset on the month of Ramadan, where as a Hindu when in fast dont eat only meat well thats pretty much all i got for ya

You're an idiot Jeff C, I think you'll find that neither group mentioned would be looking to find your "Father" as they have there own paradise/heaven to think about. There not cults but fully fledged religions (and in the case of Hinduism a religion 1500 years older than your own)
And questioner, what your asking is like asking "What are the four main differences between Christians and Buddhists?"

Hindus believe in thousands of gods; Muslims believe in only one God.
Hindus have the caste system (a form of racism). Muslims don't.
I believe Muslims practice more bodily cleanliness than Hindus. (For the latter, it doesn't seem to be as important, from what I am told).
Muslims have much more international influence.

Hindus belive that god is every where, so can be personified as human.
Muslims believe the same but, could not imagine further.
Hindus have lot of freedom for women.
Muslims dont give much freedom to women.
Hinduims is most tolerant faith in the world
Islam is most intolerant faith in the world.
Hindus believe in multiple births.
Islam believes in only one birth.
Hindus do not believe that huamns are slaves to god.
Islam beleives that they are slaves to god.

Islam is openly monotheist believing as Abraham believed of the one Almighty God.
Hinduism adherents say that deep further from the visible many gods they worship, they also believe in one God.
There is no further common path to count the differences like one could do between Islam, Christianity and Judaism.

They are completely different religions...I wouldn't know where to start. I don't believe that there are any similarities.
