As I am working at the grocery shop, there's 1 regular customer that I fancy her. Everytime I was busy with work and I just manage to know her name, well I would like to know more about her or ask her for a date but It seems kinda embarass for me as lots of people are there. What could I do?

Take her groceries out, use subtle language:
Hand her the bananas, "Oh, hold on hard to this one!"
A bunch of grapes, "That's right, grab from the bottom, don't squeeze too hard."
Twinkies, "What do you think about the creme filling?"
Slip a pack of condoms into the bag; "Wow, glad to see you don't mind getting freaky, Mrs. Smith!"
Slip a jar of vasoline into the bag; "Say, we could empty this tub of vasoline all over ourselves and play naked twister!"

first buy her some flowers and then when she is shopping go up to her and whisper sumthin sweet in her ear and make sure that she don't got a boy friend.

make small talk with her to find out her interests....like movies or a rock band and ask her if she wants to go see them. the key is to already have something you're going to do(maybe like a party) and ask her if she would like to go. then ask her out when you get her alone.
