If you are talking about a prescription lens or lenses, you need to check with an opthamologist or optometrist's office in that area.

If you mean ordinary color contacts for cosmetic purposes, (not for vision correction), check with a reputable lens store or optometrist, so you are sure to get some instructions in inserting and removing them, and proper cleaning and disinfecting them, so they don't cause eye problems or infections.
