LMAO, dude you gotta be kidding me. You really did that? I don't know crap about computers but I know that that's a really bad idea. You will probably need to reformat your hard drive from scratch if you can't restore.

You must have changed the default settings of Windows. If possible, reboot your computer. While rebooting (restarting), press the F8 key at 1/2 second intervals. A black screen will come up. Select 'Last Known Good Configuration' & press enter. See if it works.
If you can, you can also use the 'System Restore' function.
Otherwise you may have to reinstall your O.S. For one thing, please don't play with your Windows folder.

yeah- you might not want to do that.
keep all the exe and dll files nice and messy. the comp looks for the program down the file path; it need to be where it was originally, not merely in the computer. but hey - its not a virus!
try restarting in "last safe configuration" mode, and prays that works. you might have screwed the whole thing.
wait - how are you asking this question without a comp?

Your .dll files are already in use. You moved them, causing your computer to no longer be able to locate those files, thus rendering your programs worthless.

If you have a restore disc use it. By the way, how did you write this message?

Macs don't have the .dll hell that Windows does... consider the switch.

dump the files, dump the computer and reload from original discs. Don' do that anymore. Who cares if the files are messy. That's what the defrag program is for.

Yeah, now your computer does not know where the filesare that it needs to operate.

Put the files back if you can, otherwise, you have to reistall windows.

The windows folder is no place for someone with OCD.
