I live in Australia. Could someone please explain to me what sort of cereals you are describing which are obviously from America. I am fascinated by the range and how sugary and unhealthy they sound.
What are oreo O's? Captain crunch? Apple jacks etc? Sounds interesting.
My favourite cereal (which can be bought in Australia) is fruitloops, coco pops or nutri-grain.
For everyday cereals (which aren't so sugary and bad for me) I like sultana bran.

Anything that's got a toy in it! By the way. Did you know that back in January of 2000, some of the very first Sacagawean dollars ever minted were placed in boxes of Cheerios as a way of promoting the new coin? They are now worth well over a thousand dollars a piece if found unopened in their original packaging! And, no, I don't have one.

Love frosted flakes, applejacks (before they added the green ones), capatin crunch (no berries), rice krispies, lucky charms, honeycombs.
Darn I hate the low carb diet!

TIe between Honey Bunches of Oats with Almonds and Honey Nut Cheerios. Both are also fairly guilt-free too, or at least that's what I tell myself when I have them. :p

I have two favorite cereals. They are Oreo Os and Choco Rice Krispies. They make me jiggle and happy.

I love Kashi crunch cereal. It is so good for you with healthy whole grains and fiber. And it is SOOOOO crunchy. It doesnt get soggy. Every time I take a big, crispy bite I think about how healthy and yummy it is. :)
