Stop being a loser, and become a productive part of society before you end up in prison.

Well, based on you history in here, I'd say you got a lot of behavior problems. Look at all the students in your school. How many of them are 17 and in grade school? Oh, sorry, that's middle school. Middle school should be 12-14. You seem to be able to communicate reasonably well, so I suspect you're not failing because you're stupid. You need to get you life together, quit blaming everyone for everybad thing that happens to you. Looks like most of them are your fault. Even the biased description of this problem could have been handled a lot different by you. You obviosuly don't know how to walk away. You want to confront authority. Your next step is going to prison. Is that your life dream? Have you always said, "When I grow up, I want to be somebody's b*tch in prison."

You need a good soul search and find someone who is willing to mentor you toward a better, more responsible life. You may have problems finding someone to help, I'll bet you've burned a lot of those bridges.

First of all, you should have never made any type of statement about his personal life (him and who ever you thought he might be dating). You need to learn how to show respect to others. Teachers are there to prepare you for a great future - they are not there for students to mouth off at.
I feel you, and the dean, need to learn how to keep your anger inside of you and react negatively. Learn how to control your anger and then go to the school district and let them know what happened. Yes, you can get a ticket for trespassing after you've been told to leave, however, the dean's anger went too far. He should not have called the cops. If the other dean is your mother then why would she want you expelled................ There's a lot of things going on here and you, unfortunately, are in the middle of it.
Just learn to control your anger and try to do better in the future.

What is your past with the school?
What happened to your friends that you were waiting with?
What time was this?
Were you on the street corner or actually on school property?

There seems like there is more to the story, but if you honestly haven't done anything wrong, then you should fight it.

Disrespecting authority is always wrong. No matter if you like them or not. They have been put in charge for a reason. And their personal life is nothing that you need to be messing with.

Hope everything works out!

I think you can. Do you have witnesses? Will they speak up for you in your defense. Isn't it a shame how autority figures are never questioned. They just make stuff up some times. You need to fight it because the problem with some people is that they think they can push "small people" around because they feel that they will not stick up for themselves. Once you do they sometimes look at you in a different way. Don't be afraid. What do you have to loose?

Yeah if that's what actually happened then you should fight the ticket, and the expulsion. If that's their only grounds for expulsion then its very weak, but you need to be honest with yourself and make sure that you have a solid case before you fight their decision.

as i said before you must have done something. Smarten up and stop being a wise ar*e (why would you antagonise the teacher when they yell?) go to the behavioural school and learn that you won't get far in life unless you change you attitude and improve your behaviour

Does it not permit you be attentive to on the cost ticket - the place I stay in Scotland uk there is not any trespassing regulation, if somebody is on your private homestead the only element you may legally do is ask them in a well mannered way to bypass.
