I just found the AKC paper work in with her vet papers, I thought they had already been sent in.Will the AKC still accept the application?

They will still accept them, but you will be charged a late fee.

You only need to send in the original application. It is an extra $35 if the are a year late and an extra $65 if they are two years late.

The exact dates should be listed in step 3 of the application, just above where you put your credit card information.

You can but you have to pay more to register the pup. Check the applicable fees. You might also contact AKC to make sure the fees have not changed since you got the papers.

They will still accept the papers, but I believe the registration fee will be higher. Go to www.akc.org to find the exact price. After 1 year of age (and every year after), there is an additional charge to register the dog.

I think they just charge you a bit more if it's after 1 year.
I'm not sure if you can use the original application or if they want you to submit a different form. Check the AKC.org website.

Yes, I think that you can..I know that for CKC, you have to provide a picture and witness signatures if you have not registered the dog within 5 months of age..Maybe try going to the website and contact them either through email or by phone..Good Luck!!

not sure akc dose not reconize my breed so i register with the ukc the do but they charge a penalty for dogs over 1 year
