1.disable ur firewall
2.must use some download manager program.DAP is the best.

disable your firewire or virus protection, but dont try to open it untill it is in a file
then just down load it to your documents, then after its in
install whatever your trying to get to a file

Disable your firewire.
If u have anti virus plz trun off virus protection.
