There are infrared lenses that can be used to get a really rough B/W approximation of Superman-vision, but nothing that will make the clothes appear to be invisible. I have no idea who even manufactures such lenses, though, but I expect that they'll cost a bit more than most lenses due to having a limited sales base.

No. That feature is only available with the "X-ray glasses" that you see advertised in the back of comic books.
