Okay, like for an acne scar(s), any type of scar, aging, or just general cosmetic improvement..
Have you had any of these? Ex., laser, microdermabrasion, or therma-cool [thermage], titan,ect.

I have had Microdermabrasion and know people who have had Thermage or Thermage like treatments. I was happy with my results. The right treatment really comes down to what you are looking to improve. It looks like you need something to even out your skin tone and improve elasticity of your skin. That would help with the scars and the wrinkles. A combination treatment plan would probably be best so go to a practice that offers multiple different kinds of options so that they can taylor the regimen to your needs.

yea - removal of moles, sun damage/pigmentation. But because of the intense sun I had to go back more than 5 times over 3 years and still have not achieved the desired result. It's now acceptable so I don't really want to spend more
