Does anyone know what this means? I've gotten a cluster of little bruises on my left calf?

I didn't hit my leg and it happened one other time about two weeks ago. Could it be a vitamin defiency? I do take prenatal vitamins one time daily because I'm breastfeeding.

this could be many things varicose veins busted blood vessels or worse I would see a doctor asap
