No, the honor roll is usually reserved for people who receive the highest grades in the school. I suspect there are people in the school who have better grades than this. But I think this is a completely decent report card.

On a four-point scale, 3 B's, 1 C, and 1 D is equivalent to a 2.4 average; that's not even a B-minus, and definitely not honor-roll level.

if you're going by a 4.0 grading scale that's only a 2.4 GPA. You'll need a lot better to get into good colleges.
