People think they need to eat next to nothing to loose weight... and yeah, sure, if you eat only 700 calories a day for a month, you'll loose a lot of weight depending on your size, but you'll probably pass out.
Eating RIGHT is the way to loose weight. Eat protein, vegtables, some fruit, lots of fiber, and good carbs. Eat 5 to 7 times a day (small meals). And stick with it. You can't just do this for a week and loose all your weight.
Water is good. Jogging, good. Pushups, sure. Situps.... sure... but think more about a solid strength training and cardio regiment.

No, that's classic anorexia nervosa. It's not very healthy on your body, although your body will fool you into thinking you're okay. It's a survival technique! Rats who have had their food taken away started to run and run anxiously on their wheel for hours at a time. Evolutionarily, in order to survive in times of a shortage of food, the rats would search for miles and days for food. Although not eating and exercising may make you skinnier quickly, it's also wearing away your body. It's not worth the risk. Try cutting your Calories down to 1500-1600, drinking water, and exercising. You'll lose weight more consistantly and safely! Good luck :)

no thats a crazy way to do it, go to professional and do it the right way, I did. if losing some pounds of any description is what you want then I used a great website and coach who helped me. They were very friendly and gave me lots of great advice. I needed to lose 40 pounds and I did so fairly easily. The website is www.myhealthabc.com once you fill in your details then you can see the full range of products they have. The products really work and you feel great whilst losing weight, its all nutrition based.
I lost all my weight in less than three months and they have helped me to keep it off. I would definitely recommend using them, the tips you get and encouragement are excellent (their advice and time is FREE). I am still with them so I stay healthy. If you just want to buy the products and not use the coaching then you can do that aswell, there is a link in there to email them so you can tell them you just want to buy and not speak to anyone. The owners will even advise you via email on what to purchase depending on what you want to lose, my sister did it this way (she was more self conscious than me) and lost 76 pounds in less than five months. These guys are just great, try them.
Hope this helps, Stephanie

Your body needs food. Especially if you are going to exercise. If you deprive your body of what it needs, it will shut down. You will screw up your metabolism, and you could end up gaining more weight from not eating than from eating healthy.

No. Your suppresing your body of vital and helpful nutriants when you don't eat. You'll get so hungry you'll pig out and overeat. Eat portions of healthy foods like fruits and vegtables. Try and eliminate soda, crabonated drinks, sweets and junk food. Drink water, exercise, eat normal healthy foods and rest
