i have my bowel movement around 8:00am but at that time im at school. so how could change my bowel movement to some other time

Lol funny question. A change in your diet will change your bathroom times. Try bananas... Soluble fiber will bulk up your poop and cause you to go a little bit later... Insoluble fiber will make everything go through you faster, so that can be good too. Coffee in the morning will also make you go both number 1 and 2. If you want a more solid poop later in the day, you can eat more processed flour like white bread but that's not very good for your large intenstines. ;)

All very frequent! a majority of those new meals are absolute to play havoc with slightly digestive equipment! babies bowel movements many times substitute even as teething too For some reason all the infant books miss only how a lot poop any such small ingredient can produce!!

Get up earlier, drink 8 to 16 ounces of water, and then eat a bran muffin with plenty of fiber. Do a bunch of situps. Then go to the bathroom. Do all of this prior to the time you leave for school. Eat some raw oatmeal about an hour before bedtime.
