Im 155 now I want to get down to 105.......I was wondering if I eat no sweets for a little how long will it take to lose the weight?Im 5 ft and like what can I eat what cant I? Im 13 so i cant really exersize.and please dont tell me I am not fat or whatever cuz thats not what Im asking.my body type is thick but my mom was thick when she was my age and didnt get skinny until after high school I want to be skinny in high school so i figure If a lose the weight now and eat heathly I can stay skinny. contact me on my space or aim if you would like.......AIM=sweetsunday93

first off: don't aim to be any weight that isn't your maximum safety limit. If your doc says your fine the way you are listen to that and not the crap your going to get about skinny and fat. the goal is to be HEALTHY. As for losing weight, you WILL lose some by cutting back on junk food but you need to eat healthy. Get breakfast as often as possible. When you get a good breakfast you won't be as hungry the rest of the day. Snack on fruit and raw veggies, and excercise safely. Walking and swiming are your best, you can do push ups on your on. They suck dead donkey dick but they work! Stay healthy, stick to the 4 food groups, and be SAFE. PEACE!Remember: your fingers are for flipping off people who cut you off in traffic ( without them seeing to avoid road rage) not for losing weight.

eliminating sweets cant help you lose 50 pounds really fast. And i don't know why you cant exercise just because your 13 years old. That should not be an excuse for not being able to exercise. If you really want to lose weight you need to diet and EXERCISE!!
Just because your 13 doesn't mean you cant go and get a membership to the gym! I'm about your age and i go to the gym every day. And if you weight 155 pounds at that age and height you need to do alot more then eliminating sweets from your diet. A LOT MORE!!!

That depends on the sweets you're eating and how much of your daily food intake is sweets.
Let's say you eat 350 calories worth of sweets in a day--that's about a candy bar and a can of soda. If you ate what you always ate but just cut out the sweets, you'd lose 1 pound in 10 days. One pound is equivalent to 3,500 calories.
Have you considered joining a sports team at school? Or taking a dance class? Those are fun ways of exercising without going to a gym or whatever.

Just eating healthy isn't it all. You might want to join a sport at your school like volleyball or something. It is also mental. I lost 10 pounds in a year. I'm 13 and I'm now 110 but I'm 5'2

heyy umm well im not gonna say anything bout being perfect weight but u could stop eating sweets eat a lot of apples 3 apples a day helps lose a lot of weight

its not only sweet which needs to be cut. u need some sweet however need only correct amount. if u need to lose weight whole wheat food, no soda, 2 gallons of water 30 minutes workout MUST for a month

You're thinking about excersize all wrong. You're thinking about lifting weights and using an excersize bike. Put on some shoes and go for a jog! That's all that excersize has to be!
