First, a word of caution -- don't overstay your visa or violate other terms of the visa (working on a tourist visa) because if/when you decided to get married and apply for a financee or spousal visa, you may be denied.

You may be impatient but the process is not fast. If you decided to get married, I would suggest that you go back to Germany and have your boyfriend/fiancee apply for a K-1 visa (fiancee) on a Form 129F. It is much faster than if you get married in Germany and then file for a spousal visa. I would also suggest that you not simply get married in the US and then worry about the paperwork - it may be more difficult.

Enlist in the armed services. Also try Canada, very much like the US and they have labor shortage, at least in Alberta.
