Keep going out with him and tell all adults that he's 17.

I think you will be okay if you continue to date him. If he is turning 18 that means he is 17 now and just a little over 1 year older than you. I think the age difference is fine and I don't think they can get him on statutory because you are over 14.

As long as you dont have sex its fine, but if you or him have any enemies and he gets turned into the police for having sex with you he can serve time for statutory rape then have to sign up as a sex offender. He will be marked for life.

Just make sure your parents are ok about it, or already know about the relationship. I think the reason you asked is because of the Statuatory Rape law (adult dating a minor).

I think you should go out with him because you're only two years apart .and that's not bad compared to tweenty years apart.and plus age doesn't matter when you love someone!

lol, stay with him if you want, but keep in mind that it's illegal to have sex with him until you turn 18 too... if your parents find out that you guys had sex, they could get mad and press rape charges on him, no matter how many times that you say that it was consentual.

Take things slow. Be friends, go out with him and see where it goes after a period of time..

You're only two years apart. Go for it if you really like him. The older you get, the less the age difference matters.

I think you can still go out, you'll just have to wait if you want to do the thing.

You can date, just don't have sex and nobody will notice. Do your parents care? If you have their permission to be in a relationship with him, you have no problems.
