A quick answer - Yes and No :
Some have that mentality. But I have to give credit where credit is due some men are not like this at all and can prove to be intelligent and caring too.
However some women are not much better or as intelligent and caring.

That's a very low view of men. There may be some men who are like that out there but for every man that is like that there is at least two others that are not.
