How do i get back my ex-girlfriend?

she said she couldnt be with me anymore because she was tired of hurting people... but she wasnt hurting anyone! what can i do to get her back?

She sounds like my ex-boyfriend. I would just leave the situation for a while. She will come around or just move on.
