How to solve Suspended licence due to insurance issue?

I had for some time plates from one state insurance from other state. The state which had plates is not accepting insurance from other state as a proof. This made licence to get suspended, any advice.

Get a lawyer. Most insurance policies only have the vehicle's VIN on the policy. The state should of registration should not matter. Bring the declarations page from the policy to court.
