I like this guy who is a grade higher than me. we never really talk, which really stinks, but if we pass each other in the hall, how can i impress him so maybe he might like me? he sort of likes me already, i guess, just a bit. he is really hot and almost all the girls in my grade think so too. basically how do i stand out in the crowd and impress a guy in one glance? What stands out with you? what makes you say wow? i know it sounds stupid. please don't say "be yourself" i got that enough. thank you. everything helps! :)

I'm not a guy, but I some guys have told me this...
Great looks- nice shiny hair, maybe long and straight, but not fake and pinstraight~ but a natural flow to it, and not too stiff.
Nice clothes. Must flatter your body (MUST MUST MUST, or else it'll drag awkwardly). For some, a guy may not noticed the girl's face unless she had good clothes on, as pretty as she may be.
Look clean, I suggest not to look fake, and make your makeup look natural- the graceful natural beauty wins! Of course, that's it you wanted to be picture perfect in every angle. It's difficult, and it usually depends on the girl's facial structure and body- if it's goddess-material. However, remember to look nice, hygienic, and oh- stand up straight, maybe practice a nice trot.
From a glance, he'll want to try to "see" you inside from out: so smile, show your confidence~ whenever I happen to be smiling and laughing and I turn to some guys (without intention), the ones looking seem to gaze.
First impressions can really last...

The key is to not WANT to be the first one he notices in the room; but rather to want to be the one he remembers to call a week later. First impressions, though you want to leave a good one, are WAY too overrated. I'm not gonna give you the "be yourself" portion just by itself, but I WILL suggest that you not make it your center focus. I think you're looking to reel him in based on your looks and not your personality. And remember -- it can take people days, weeks, or even months to really get to know someone.
I would advise against focusing on being the first one to catch his eye. Furthermore, I'd recommend that you take a shot at it, just go up and talk to him, and strive to let him get to know you. After all, you'll feel so much better about yourself if he likes you for who you are and not how you look. Hope that helps.

be naked? he'll remember that, i'm sure of it.
once glance isn't enough, most guys are pretty oblivious of the small things. i know of one person that touched me when she talked (arm, etc). the touch itself left a lasting impression, i could feel that the whole day.
but it also depends how you dress, what you flaunt, if you look too cheap, that's no good. a nice hair style, smell nice, not too much perfume (but a scent to remember - so when he smells it he thinks of only you). and light make up.
you can blow him a kiss, but it might look cheap. you could kiss him. or leave a note in his locker.

You can't impress a guy in one glance. Sorry, it just doesn't work that way. Remember, guys dont usuallly pick up hints that easily.

i guess it means they both like eachother but are too scared/nervous to talk. oh and to the first Q, wen a girl stares at me usually makes em feel pretty good or really nervous. wen eva this girl i like stares at me i like freak out and think that my hairs wierd that day or that i have something on my face or in my teeth or just something, or that she heard what i said about her or just stuff in general about things.its mixed i guess but when we do make eye contact its like a weights been lifted then thrown back on your shoulders. i hope this helps

I would try to flirt with your eyes. Also try a new outfit that might catch his eye.Smile and say hi in the hallway.Sometimes the women has to take the charge in getting a man you like.

hate to say it, but be yourself
go for nice looking clothes, in relitavely bright colors (NO PURPLE AND ORANGE/ BLUE AND YELLOW/ YELLOW AND GREEN!)
and though they are often under appreciated, a nice dress is always a good thing
oh and just go up to him and talk with him. all the guys I know like that. and I know I do too.. sooo...
