...because i take care of it like its my life...so i dont know how it would be infected

If it develops redness and swelling, flaky skin around the peircing, more pain than ususal and puss or blood; then it's probably infected. If none of these conditions exist then it's just a bubble. If it's not newly pierced then it's probably not infected. I've heard of that happening, talk to your piercer, a reputable shop will be able to tell you exactly what it is and how to take care of it!

I got my cartilage pierced in July, and within a couple of months there was this bubble-like growth on the back side right next to the earring. I didn't mess with it and kept cleaning the ear like normal (I also kept good care of it). It went away naturally. I think it was just a part of the healing process. My ear is perfectly normal now, and it was fine about 2 months ago.

PS. I love the idea of an industrial! Enjoy it!

If it is red swollen, painful and has pus then yes it is infected take zinc tablets aswell as your usual care zinc helps the body heal itself

Is it hard? It might be a keloid. It's not dangerous, but it's something that occurs a lot after a piercing. It's actually scarring that occurs. Look up keloid and see if that's it.
