Don't be fooled, there are none.

Maybe joining the english version of the special forces or going to a military sniper school.

Ninjitsu is taught today in one of two ways:

1- it is an outright fraud- nothing you will learn there is of any value.

2- The name is a fraud, you are bieng taught legitimate techniqes, but it is techniques from other styles that the instructor is using the term "ninjitsu" to capitalize on its media popularity to attract more students. Still not a good situation as it shows the intent of the teacher is that he doesn't mind lying to people or bsing his students.
