When I do crunches, it usually hurts my abs or stings or w/e, like it's sore and its too tired. Anyways should I keep doing crunches, while it's like that? Will it do nothing or ruin my muscles and results?

The burn and sting comes from the muscles being worked, and they arent used to that. You can continue to do the crunches, just make sure you do them in reps, and just build on the reps each week until you get to where you want to be. Trust me, its healthy for these muscles to be worked..it just takes a little getting used to!

Are you doing them everyday? How many?

If you do them everyday it will negate any positive effects because you're not letting the muscles recover. You might have an overuse injury. Try doing crunches every other day. If you still have pains, obviously you should see a doctor.

-the abs are one of those muscle groups that you can work until you fail, every time, but you should still progress gradually.

it will do something. ur not hurting ur moucles but makin them better and stronger. excersices always make me sore.
