Round white tablet imprinted K 39 is acetaminophen produced by teva. acetaminophen is the active substance in Tylenol. anyways you don´t suppose to take any medication if you are not 100% sure of what is it. so your options are going to your pharmacist and ask him to check your pills or trow it to the garbage. good luck

If you don't know what they are or how much to take, the best thing to do would be to flush them and not use them at all. There could be other pills that match that exact description.

Call a doctor or pharmacist. If their a prescription that r not urs don't take them. But do ask a pharmacist or doc about them. Also look for any expiration dates. JUST DON'T TAKE THEM!!!!!!!!!!!!!
