HEART DISEASE is the most common cause of death in the United States. Although some risk factors, such as age and HEREDITY, cannot be controlled, many factors, including SMOKING, HIGH CHOLESTEROL, HIGH BLOOD PRESSURE, OBESITY, and INACTIVITY can be modified, thus, lowering the risk. You can include illegal DRUGS and CRIME as well. STUPIDITY is the culprit!

Hmmm... this is entirely said without research - but I would say accidents, suicide, congenital abnormalities, infection (AIDS, measles & possibly tuberculosis), drugs & alcohol related... i really can't think of any more.
