i wear my hair like that all the time
cause i have bangs and such
and seriously the hairs that hang out i have to curl
it'll look totally cute on you

Of course it depends on your facial features, but as a rule I think that style is adorable. It tends to give the wearer a youthful, free-spirited appearance. I like the style a lot and it's very popular. I say go for it :-)

Just about everyone looks good like that.....unless you are really some balding overweight 45 year old guy that looks like the comic book salesman in the Simpson's....then no it would look terrible on you.
