Dark chocolate has a more bitter sweet taste than regular chocolate. But both taste very good when chilled.

it has a sweet fresh and crisp taste to it. not too sweet like the milk chocolate. i think its an acquired taste actually. it is supposed to be better for you in moderation of course.

Oh, no, no, no, no...why would you do that to chocolate? Chocolate separates when it is cold and should ALWAYS be kept and served at room temperature.
