So there is this guy at work. We flirted with each other for two years now. Nothing big just casual. We hung out with a group of co-workers one time. Him and I barely talked that night but he seemed ok. But since that night he has completly ignored me. To the point that he walks the other way if he sees me. Does he think I am so ugly that he can not even be curteous. I am not expecting any conversations from him. But it bothers me that he is doing all he can to avoid me. Whats going on?

First........big mistake. NEVER date or flirt with anyone at work. Like the old saying goes, "never cut your meat where you make your bread". If you date someone at work..and you both get into a fight...then it could lead to problems at work......the problems are seldom left at home. It can also lead to accusations of sexual harrassment. Maybe your friend has another girl, who may be just jealous of everyone at work. Either way, if that is the way he wants to act, then you really haven't lost anything. I wish you the best of luck.

It might be the way you acted or something you said. Send him an email or a letter expressing your feelings. Men have them too. Try not to be offended ask his friends if they know why he is acting this way. Tell him how you feel in a letter. Good luck

He may think that you like him and you are not his type but rather than hurt you face to face he would rather avoid the situation altogether
