I want to bake a loaf of bread for breakfast for the first time, and I want to know what I should keep in mind and learn some tricks to make it good.
One particular question I have is, can I make the dough the night before and store it overnight, and then bake it in the morning? If so, how/where do I store it, etc...

Also...if anyone has ever been to the Cheesecake Factory, what is the brown bread they always serve with butter?

You can refirgerate yeast bread dough before the final rise and bake in the morning. I have done it often.

Here is a good overnight breakfast roll recipe.
Overnight Cinnamon Rolls
"Make the night before, rolls rise in the fridge overnight and bake the next morning. Easy and delicious. Enjoy!"
12 rolls

PREP TIME 1 Hr 20 Min
COOK TIME 30 Min
READY IN 2 Hrs
INGREDIENTS
1 cup milk
1/3 cup butter
1 (.25 ounce) package active dry yeast
1/2 cup white sugar
4 1/2 cups all-purpose flour
1 teaspoon salt
3 eggs
FILLING:
3/4 cup brown sugar
1 tablespoon ground cinnamon
1/2 cup raisins
GLAZE:
1 teaspoon light corn syrup
1/2 teaspoon vanilla extract
1 1/4 cups sifted confectioners' sugar
2 tablespoons half-and-half cream
DIRECTIONS
Heat the milk in a small saucepan until it bubbles, then remove from heat. Add the butter and stir until melted; let cool until lukewarm.
In a large mixing bowl, dissolve the yeast in the milk mixture. Add the sugar, 3 cups of flour, salt and eggs; stir well to combine. Add the remaining flour, 1/2 cup at a time, stirring well after each addition. When the dough has pulled together, turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and knead until smooth and supple, about 8 minutes.
Lightly oil a large mixing bowl, place the dough in the bowl and turn to coat with oil. Cover with a damp cloth and let rise in a warm place until doubled in volume, about 1 hour.
Deflate the dough and turn it out onto a lightly floured surface and roll into a 10x 14 inch rectangle. Lightly brush the far edge with water. In a small bowl combine the cinnamon and 3/4 cup brown sugar and sprinkle over the rectangles. Then sprinkle the raisins and chopped nuts over the dough. Roll up the dough into a log and seal the seam.
Cut the dough into 12 equal pieces; place the pieces in a greased 9x13 inch baking pan, or 12 inch deep dish pizza pan. Cover with plastic wrap and place in the refrigerator to rise overnight.
The next morning, preheat oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). Take the rolls out of the refrigerator and let stand at room temperature for 30 minutes.
Bake the rolls for 25 to 30 minutes or until golden. Meanwhile, combine the corn syrup with the vanilla in a small bowl. Whisk in the powdered sugar and enough cream to make a thick glaze; set aside. Drizzle the glaze over the rolls and serve warm.

Baking fresh home made bread is very rewarding and worth the effort.

wheat bread, i dont think their bread is all that good. the easiest way to make bread at home is to get a bread maker.

2 1/2 cups warm water
1 package dry yeast
1/4 cup honey
1/4 cup packed brown sugar
1 stick softened butter
3/4 teaspoon salt
1 1/2 cups wheat flour
1 1/2 cups rolled oats
4 cups bread machine flour

Preheat oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit. Combine all ingredients, knead for about seven minutes or until dough is no longer wet but smooth. Let bread rise until doubled in size, punch down and shape into loaves. Let bread double in size again. Bake until crusty and brown on top.

not a good idea to store unbaked dough. bake the dough then u can freeze it and re-warm it in the morning.

The domestication of the olive tree: olive oil, desk olives which are black and inexperienced each, olive butter, main to olive oil and vinegar salad dressing, olive wooden's many makes use of, salad olives, the olive department as a signal of peace/parley, combined olives with tomatoes or onions as an appetizer, olive groves, olive cleaning soap and crammed olives--even a martini with an olive in it! Thanks for asking.
