i found out today that there is some info on my background report that isn't correct. they used this for my psi report for sentencing. what do i need to do to get this fixed???? also i am 26 weeks pregnant (high risk... and will be 30 weeks at the time of sentencing) so wondering if they will take that into effect during sentencing as well.... scared out of my mind!!! the father no longer wants to be involved if i am in jail and do it without me... dont know what to do, but can't go to jail. first child, and have no criminal history. first time in trouble. 21 years old, and not a drug or alcohol charge.....

You need to be with your prob officer and a attorney providing you have one, submit a letter to be attached with PSI, judge will consider your claim and have prosecution consider/investigate, but 26 weeks preg and jail isnt a promising future for your self, maybe you dont want to hear it but why get pregant to submit your child to the beginning of dysfunction and a criminal mindset, I will pray for you, and your child, toots it is no way to go
