Washing your hair every day strips the natural oils from your hair. This makes your hair dry, and leads to breakage and split ends. Wash it every other day instead. If you are going to do like the magazine says, use Paul Mitchell leave in conditioner. If you blow dry you hair every time you wash it, put it on a low heat setting. If you don't need to go anywhere, let it dry by itself.

Yes- the magazine is correct. Washing your hair every day is not good because there are natural oils that reside in your hair that keep it healthy. When washed every day, your hair does not have a chance to produce these oils. The drop of conditioner is not necessary, though is a good idea.

I don't wash mine everyday. I wash it every other day. My hair gets oily when after a day so I use baby powder to remove the oil at the scalp. I have never heard of wetting your hair and putting conditioner on it. I was told my hair stylish that if you wash it everyday you strip the hair of oils it needs to make it healthy and shiny.

I wash my hair every day, but I don't use a blow dryer. I just towel dry it, and my hair is fine. But then, I don't care how beautiful I look. I just care if I look clean and neat, and I've passed the mustard for decades now, and I've got the romantic eye of numerous women over the decades so, I must have done something right. God Bless you.

Not if you have oily hair, and washing it every day won't hurt. It's the straightening that kills it, if you are using any type of heat. Make sure you buy yourself a ceramic straightening tool, it has been proven to be less damaging to the hair. I have oily hair too and have been washing it every day for years, don't worry, you can't ruin your hair from washing!

It probably won't help much if you put 1 dot of conditioner. To really make your hair soft and clean, a little sqwirt won't hurt. Do you really blow dry and flat iron everyday?? Your hair must be really dameged because of that. I suggest that you get TRESemme' and use it to fix your dameged hair. You should stop blow drying your hair and then maybe the dot of conditioner will work better. Hope I Helped! =)

Washing your hair is good if you have really oily hair.otherwise it just drains the natural oils from your hair and that is what makes it so dry and causes split ends.

while you're utilising a sturdy shampoo and conditioner, yet a low value straightener, then the straightener, unquestionably. while you're utilising low value shampoo and conditioner and a low value straightener, then you truly're beating your hair up fairly badly. while you're utilising low value shampoo and conditioner, yet an fairly truly sturdy straightener that isnt burning your hair, then the showering daily. i know that a variety of of human beings are in this entire "no washing" kick, yet heavily, some human beings might desire to bathe daily. If I dont, not purely does my hair look greasy, i comprehend it, I swear i'm able to scent it and my self-self assurance is 0. None of those issues are eye-catching. sturdy shampoo is properly unquestionably worth the money in case you have great hair.
