Resistance will increase.

Assume that the question is a circuit. Since the question was a impedance on the world as a whole, some how making all of us dumber, as that increases, either the current or voltage must increase (or both)

if the voltage applied to the circuit is increased, then a measureable increase in current flow will be the result. Resistance is quickly degraded, but resistance does not change.

The current will increase as well.

In a dc circuit the current is voltage / resistance. So its always going to increase.
