How long do the police have to produce a warrant for DUI in the state of CT?

1 year if it's a misdemeanor. What would the warrant be for? To check your blood alcohol level? LOL, if they haven't done that by now they simply can't.

I've never heard of a warrant for DUI. They usually just arrest you at the scene.
