hii!!! it happens the same to me!!! look.. about you being small... other girls being bigger than you.. every body works in a different way.. its completely normal! you shouldn't be ashamed! really its normal and it happens to every woman... some earlier than others some later... just me thankful that you have your period and your body is normal :D oh and.. you can change as many times as you feel comfortable with.. you want to change 5 times a day ok do it I used ot change it ALL the time the first times but then its like.. oh f*ck it.. i'll change it later hehe but you keep doing it about the sound.. i know its uncomfortable too... but hey... if you are a woman it totally happens! that's what my mum told me but.. she doesn't understand.. its still humiliating what i do is i open them VEEERYY slowly or in 1 sec.. like REALLY quickly you can also flush the toilet but i personally don't because it wastes a lot of water and i am a bit of an eco person myself :D don't bring the whole package... just get a little bag like a small pencil case or whatever and put them there no-one will think that you are a freak! like... if they do THEY are the freaks you are just a girl going through your period they are the freaks who think is weird i mean.. hehe get a life! or a book which teaches you about these things... well, hope i helped! wish you the best :D
