does working out stunt you're growth. im 14 and i want to work out like crunches, pull ups, chin ups and crunches for like muscles and abs because i have swim gym and i dont want to be the talk of the class

No, that's absurd. Weight doesn't change your bone structure. Steroids, however, are hormonal and may stunt your growth.

the only thing that should stunt your growth is like power lifting and squats. good look and just be tough they won't make fun of you.
